By accessing or using FutureBabies ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

FutureBabies uses artificial intelligence to create images of potential future children based on photos provided by users. The generated images are: • **For entertainment purposes only** - they do not predict actual appearance • **AI-generated** - results may vary and are not guaranteed • **Non-refundable** - due to the nature of digital content • **Automatically deleted based on plan** - Free (3 days), Starter (7 days), Popular (30 days), Day Pass (90 days)

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account • You must provide accurate information when creating an account • You may not use another person's account without permission

You agree NOT to: • Upload photos of people without their consent • Upload photos of minors (except your own children, with parental consent) • Use the service for any illegal purpose • Attempt to bypass security measures • Use generated images to deceive or defraud others • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content • Resell or redistribute generated images commercially without permission

By uploading photos, you confirm that: • You have the right to use these photos • All persons in the photos have given consent • The photos do not violate any third-party rights • You understand photos will be processed by AI We reserve the right to refuse service if uploaded content violates these terms.

• Generated images are created for your personal use • You retain rights to your original uploaded photos • The Baby Generator service, including its AI technology, remains our property • You may share generated images on social media with proper attribution

• Prices are displayed in EUR and are final • Payments are processed securely through Stripe • Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, refunds are generally not available • Exceptions may be made for technical issues preventing service use • Unused generations expire according to your plan terms

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. • We do not guarantee specific results from AI generation • Generated images are for entertainment and do not predict reality • We are not responsible for emotional reactions to generated content • Service availability may vary

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service • We are not responsible for third-party actions or content

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms • You may delete your account at any time • Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
